After becoming a mother, Rachael experienced firsthand how transformative pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood can be. That experience sparked a deep commitment to supporting families with compassionate, personalized care during one of life’s most meaningful transitions. Through Nature & Nourish Birthing Co., Rachael combines evidence-based education with a thoughtful, personalized approach, tailoring support to each family’s unique needs and values. Drawing from both her professional training and her experience as a mother, she guides families with warmth, empathy, and practical support throughout pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.
